An update from our AGM

Following our productive AGM in June, we have received a wealth of positive feedback on the Chair’s briefing, with many members reporting that they found it useful. With this in mind, Chichester BID Chairman Colin Hicks will be offering similar briefing sessions for BID Levy Payers on a regular basis, starting on Wednesday, 31st July at Chichester City Council in the Old Court Room.

This will be a closed meeting for BID Levy Payers only. 

Each briefing will provide an update on progress concerning a different issue and be offered three times across the day so that as many of you can find a session to attend, as possible. Timings will be early morning (8.30am), midday (1pm) and after shop and office hours (5.30 for 6pm).

Your BID Team is already working on how we can help the authorities find solutions to your concerns within the limits of our powers as a private sector body. Colin is hoping to create more of a presence on social media and blog more frequently on the BID website in order to raise the level of debate about issues of concern as well as to gather in your suggestions and comment on potential solutions.

As Colin said at the AGM, “it’s well past time you all claimed the BID as your own and I’m here to help you do that.”
