Mars Makers | Family Activity Workshop at Chichester Cathedral

October 26 @ 10:30 am

Come and blast off to Mars with us this half term in our interactive and immersive Mars Makers craft workshop.

In the workshop children (and their enthusiastic adults) will step inside NASA to receive a special mission to Mars from a team of NASA scientists.

Working with a range of resources, including recycled materials, our young engineers and inventors will be set off on a mission to create a spacecraft fit for travelling to Mars!

But the journey won’t be easy, the clock will be ticking and there will be surprise challenges to keep the budding NASA engineers and inventors on their toes!

Once the spacecraft is complete, our young engineers and inventors will gather under Luke Jerram’s Mars to blast off on their mission to the red planet.

Up for the challenge? Reserve a space on our mission to Mars today!

There are two sessions for the Mars makers workshop:

  • Session 1 will blast off promptly at 10.30am
  • Session 2 will blast off promptly at 12.00pm

The recommended age for this activity is 5+. Mars Makers requires a ticket to help us give you the very best experience and manage our resources. Please reserve your place by clicking here >>
