Dee and Rafael will take you through your Pilates paces, from an Authentic/ Classical background into developing the method from the ground up. You will get to experience and learn the connection between the Mat and the Reformer as they teach you the developing routines to get into your body so you can ‘Feel it’. You will also experience a full studio set up using other pieces of Pilates Equipment as the Cadillac, the Barrel, the Electric Chair and the Wunda Chair and accessories. Learn how to get the most out of your Pilates workout, meet new people with the same passions and have some incredible knowledge from your teachers to take home.
