On a Wednesday evening The Run Company host a friendly and sociable 5 km run club around the city of Chichester, meeting at 6:00pm at the store and heading out at 6:15pm. You don’t have to be an experienced runner or be able to run 5 km in a certain time to go along, this is a chance for like-minded people to get together and go running, ‘no pressure’.

The club usually has a group ranging from 15-30 runners so you will definitely find someone who is a similar pace to you, you will not be left behind, and there is always a back marker. It is free of charge and there is no obligation to go each week.
