I’ll talk you through our meal as we tuck into a carefully designed microbiome boosting feast bursting with local\, seasonal ingredients (fruit and vegetables from Wayside Organics at Oving). \nThe evening is open to anyone and everyone who wants to delve a little deeper into the gut health world\, who enjoys a beautiful\, locally sourced plant based meal but also I hope it’ll appeal to those who have their own stories too.
