DESCRIPTION:In this workshop\, we’ll be getting our hands dirty making some fresh potato gnocchi for you to take home as well as whipping up an easy wild garlic pesto. \nWe’ll chat about the rules of foraging wild garlic and where we forage it locally as well as the advantages of cooking from scratch instead of using pre-packaged processed food. \nVegan and Gluten free flour options available (although the area will not be contaminate free) \n£25 for a family ticket admits one adult and one child (8+). All children must be accompanied by an adult. \nWhat’s included?\nA mug of herbal tea\nAll necessary ingredients to make your gnocchi and pesto\nRecipe and cooking instructions to take home \nWhat do I need to bring?\nA small jar / pot to take your pesto home and a lunchbox / tupperware to take your gnocchi home \nBook your space here.
