Team Update

We’d like to welcome a new member to Team BID for 2021. Mandy Medhurst joins us on a temporary part-time basis as Client Relationships Manager and will be our eyes and ears on the street (once lockdown lifts) in this, our ballot year. Mandy will be providing you with support where needed, such as guidance and advice on grants and helping you to navigate through these difficult times whilst building on the excellent work Jeanette put in place to assist you all during nearly a year of lockdowns. She will also be assisting in the running of the office in the short term as our Administrator, Vicky Bolch will be leaving us for pastures new on 14 January. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Vicky for her support over the past 2 years and wish her every success in her future endeavours.

Many of you may already know Mandy from her time as Store Manager at Wallis on North Street. With over 30 years’ working in retail and first-hand experience of the challenges facing businesses in our city centre, we know Mandy will make a superb addition to the team.
