Sarah Sharp

Chichester City Council

Sarah worked in France, Germany and London before coming to Chichester to bring up her children in 1999.

Sarah quickly found herself deep in community affairs, notably the local Golden Jubilee street party, an annual community event on the Whyke Amphitheatre and, a bit later, Playing Out.

Having lived in Germany in her twenties, Sarah is aware that much more can be done to live sustainably and with less pollution. Sarah successfully campaigned for 20mph limits on residential streets of Chichester. Sarah has a passion for environmental matters, enjoys cycling around the city and is a member of the Church of England.

Sarah enjoys playing the piano, cooking and swimming. She lives in the City of Chichester and always shops locally.
