DESCRIPTION:We are so excited that Refilled are collaborating with Robin’s Nest Coffee Shop to bring you an evening of nourishment. \nCome and join us for a wonderful evening\, hosted by Esther\, Harriet and the wonderful Rose at her beautiful coffee shop. I’ll talk you through our meal as we tuck into a carefully designed microbiome boosting feast bursting with local\, seasonal ingredients (fruit and vegetables from Wayside Organics at Oving). \nThe evening is open to anyone and everyone who wants to delve a little deeper into the gut health world\, who enjoys a beautiful\, locally sourced plant based meal but also I hope it’ll appeal to those who have their own stories too. Our vulnerabilities are often so much easier to navigate alongside those who have journeyed similar paths. \n£40pp includes a kombucha shot\, 3 course meal and a tea/coffee.
