On Sunday 15th June join the city in celebration for a Father’s Day he will never forget as Chichester Cathedral host TrinityFest on the Green to mark its 950th anniversary.
Filled with music, crafts, food and community spirit, this family friendly event is a wonderful way to spend the day with Dad. Dance to the uplifting rhythms of steel pans and enjoy performances from the talented Two Colours Ukrainian Women’s Choir and Emily Frances Cook (front woman from The Deloreans) as well as a Mini Movers session hosted by Chichester Festival Theatre and crowd-pleasing bubble artistry from Bubbles Man UK.
As well as entertainment, there will be a range of free creative activities including face painting, puppet making, flag decorating, games and more. Refuel with delicious local, independent food stalls ranging from Hu Bay Satay’s flavourful skewers, classic hot dogs, freshly made crêpes and artisan coffee. The Cathedral’s Cloisters Kitchen will also be firing up the grill with a sizzling barbecue in the Cloisters Garden.
Once you’ve had your fill of the festivities on the Cathedral Green why not take a stroll round the city and treat Dad to something special.
