Chichester Pride 2023 is just around the corner, and the city is buzzing with excitement as it prepares to welcome its second-ever Pride event which is being held once again on the grounds of Chichester College. Last year’s sell-out success has set the bar high, and this year’s event promises to be even bigger and better than before.
On Saturday 27th May, Chichester’s Market Cross and Assembly Rooms on North Street will be lit up in Pride colours, transforming the city into a vibrant, rainbow-hued celebration of love, acceptance and inclusivity. This symbolic gesture serves as a powerful reminder that Chichester is a city that welcomes and embraces people of all genders, sexualities, and identities.
Chichester BID is delighted to be sponsoring the official Pride after party at The Vestry on South Street. Hosted by the fabulous Dawn Gracie, and staring Cherry Liquor, the event promises to keep the party going into the early hours of the morning. But the fun doesn’t stop there – various venues across the city centre will be hosting Pride-themed events and parties, ensuring that there is something for everyone to enjoy.
