Jeremy is the Property Director for Heartwood Collection which operates Brasserie Blanc and the White Brasserie Company, he is responsible for identifying, acquiring and developing new pubs and brasseries. Jeremy was previously the Property Director for Loch Fyne Restaurants and prior to that he was on the operations side of the industry for hotel and restaurant companies in the UK and overseas.
