Relationships Sussex (formerly Relate West Sussex) is a local charity providing high-quality, affordable counselling for the whole community. Our qualified counsellors support individuals, couples, young people (11+), and families through life’s challenges, helping to build healthier relationships, better communication, and improved wellbeing.
We offer face-to-face counselling at the New Park Centre in Chichester, with bursary support available for those who need it. Our mission is simple: to make professional counselling accessible across Sussex.
